We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify a booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and service professionals.
Cancellation Before Service
• General Cancellation: You may cancel your booking at any time up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any charges.
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel a booking within 4 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost will be charged. This is to compensate the service professional for time and preparation.
No-Show or Unavailability
• If the customer is unavailable or does not respond to the service professional within 30 minutes of the scheduled service time, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
• You may reschedule your booking at no additional charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time. If you need to reschedule within 4 hours of the service time, a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total service cost will apply.
Special Services (Home Salon, Mobile Nail Clinic, Before & After Party Cleaning)
• For services that require specific preparation or have time-sensitive requirements, such as home salon appointments or party cleaning, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
Refunds
• In case of cancellations made in accordance with our policy, any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Cancellations after the service has started or has been completed will not be eligible for refunds.
Force Majeure
• In cases where cancellation is due to unexpected events such as natural disasters, accidents, or other circumstances beyond control, we may waive the cancellation fee upon review of the situation.
